    Hi,

Any one out there with e bay selling experience?

Whens the best time to end an auction?

I just tried two things....ending Sat mid day. Guess that wasn't ideal. One sold ok (not brill) the other didn't.

Is aiming for Sunday evening better?

    cheers

Generally evening time is best as most people are back home. I end to finish usually at 8.30

Sunday is a mixed blessing, people are around Sunday night, but also a lot of eBay maintenance is done Sunday. Weekday evenings works for me except friday and saturday night.

I was thinking about the same thing myself recently. I've dealt with some buyers/sellers who ony have net access at work, but like gary, I'd aim for after 6. A lot of people are paid on friday's too if that makes and difference.

    im with mo here.

experience shows that the first full weekend of the month, ie 7 days + after the 30th/31st of previous is the best time to end an auction, usually sunday evenings.

people are paid, bills are settled, bargains are on their minds
