Therefore presumably I have nothing to worry about. I still find the lack of communication a little bit disappointing, however.

Some people have a life and don't pick up their e-mails every hour of every day. Alternatively, if they are a busy seller you will be in the queue to be dealt with.

Whichever, you will only be winding them up by bombarding them with messages. One message every four days is more than enough until a fortnight has gone by, then you should start to hassle them.

 

Sorry i disagree... making me wait a fortnight before I hear anything is not acceptable in the slightest IMHO. And I am pretty sure if one is running a business, then that is not good practice... but hey what do I know, I'm only a customer

If I aint heard anything by monday I'll be ringing them up. You may have a different outlook to me, but I'd like to at least know whats going on way before a fortnight for sure!

Yes he emailed me last night to say that he has received the money and would post a.s.a.p. (whatever that means)... so it looks to be sorted.

Hopefully they wont be broken like the last second hand pair of speakers I bought off the internet.
