    BBV,

If you want to listen to some Soundlabs, try Sounds of Music in Tonbridge. They had a pair of Milleniums going for about 50% off recently although they might be a bit big for your room.

Very good they are too - although like all 'stats, dynamics, or perceived dynamics, aren't really their forte.

No they were happy to deal with me - kept ringing me for months.

Not as bad as "AC" or Branko though.

Branko is the peculiar individual who unfortunately adds 30% to any CJ, Avalon, Zanden or Cardas sold in the UK.

He does insult you for it though - so I guess he has some use in life.

Do you mean he adds that on top of his dealer mark-up? 'cos otherwise 30% is not bad as a dealer mark-up.

there can't be 2 brankos in this business in london

if that's the same person as the one i dealt once with, he should be annihilated

he used to run a small shop in kensington area with his brother. i went there to buy naim nait with linn kan and he sold me magnum ia125 and linn index.

the most dreadful sounding components i've ever heard in my 42 years on this planet. and they ended in my home!

god knows what was playing in his shop instead of these.

and i even had to go to bring a sandwich for his brother as he couldn't leave the shop!

    %&/$§$%§%$§()/&=/&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tenson, google it. I surprised you've never heard of one of the UK industry's main players - given your position these days.

I didn't say I hadn't heard of them. I was asking about their mark-ups, which you seem to know about.
