    English Valve amplifiers, anounce the first in a line of Valve based audio equipment. Starting off with:

    Proteus
    20w Valve intergrated amplifier. Stainless Steel Chasis using KT88 power valves.

    20 Watts RMS into 10 ohms continuous
    Speaker impedance nominally 8 ohms
    Frequency response 3Hz to 50KHz
    Sensitivity Line 450Mv into 100K for 20 Watts
    Sensitivity Disc 1.7Mv into 50K for 20 Watts
    Hum and noise 1.5Mv at full volume level
    Power consumption 250 Watts
    Switched IEC socket maximum rating 100 Watts
    609 mm wide, 305 mm deep, 230 mm high
    Weight 33 Kgm

    Have a listen. You might be supprised.

    Being a Dealer and previously part of an established highend dealer, I have put it against lots of othe amps at a higher prices.
