    I'd forgotten that I'd read that - very reassuring.

    Personally, I find that the sound quality can be changed quite radically by standing up quickly. Not exactly a tweak but effective.

    biggest tweak for me is not lieing right back in my ikea chair, the headrest sucks all the treble out.

    Thanks for that Ive been thinking quite seriously about getting a comfy chair for listening in and interesting to see that Ikea doesn't quite cut it

    That gets my vote for daftest post of the month.

    You agree that diffraction issue's are a problem and outline the cause and solution, yet in next breath ask if the designer of your speakers roundover the edges to help with diffraction. Surely your question was rhetorical. You knew the problem and the solution already.
