Fast response needed!! Mordaunt-Short?

    have a chance to pick up a pair or mordaunt-short pageant series III's for $40 u.s....have never heard a pair before, i do have kef/mission/warfedale at home however...what would the short's sound closer to??

    At that price its worth a punt ....

    pagents were never my cup of tea..... I'd think they were more likely to be warfedale like.

    the pagents must be at least 25 years old ? so look out for perished speaker surrounds.
