    Depends on the day for me.

    Radio 2 on Sunday, pretty much all day long.

    Evenings a mix of Radio 3 & 4.

    LBC is on constantly beside the bed and that's what I sleep and wake up to. I've been listening to LBC since childhood so its like an old friend.

    smooth radio is not bad, i just tune on to it what was once jazz fm fhz. they play vintage soul as well as new, quite nice me thinks,

    Don't listen to a lot of radio but the ones I do :-

    1) XFM
    2) Asbolute Radio
    3) Revolution - although reception can be flaky as my area is not supposed to be covered.
    4) BBC 6 Music
