filling speakers

    hi guys

    i used cheap b&q sand in my last apollo speaker stands and have just recently swapped my stands with a mate - these are currently unfilled as they are brand new (swapped on the grounds of aesthetics as he's just bought his first seperates and had to accomodate the wife!)

    anyway just wondered what fillings you guys recommend - i'm using pmc tb2's with linn kit - excellent clarity but obviously lacking somewhat in the bass department

    there used to be something called sound bytes that recieved good reviews......

    or plain old oven dried sand
