Their website is chock full of good reviews, and the bearing has a ten year guarantee as standard. I saw one advertised abroad, but the only thing that put me off was the postage! built to last springs to mind.

have a look at the press section of their website - looks very good

I think availability in the UK is patchy... my local dealer has a Challenger for demo but there is a part missing and he's been waiting months for it to turn up so he's almost giving up. Which puts me off as where do you go if something breaks? Also UK is not listed on their website.

I've just bought one, with an Origin Live Silver arm.

Will be setting it up tomorrow (Monday) and will post thoughts here in due course. Only problem is I haven't yet decided on a new cart. to go with it (suggestions welcome!), and so only have my old cheapo Ortofon to play with at the moment.

    Watch this space.

i'd actually arranged to do a dem of a an acespace and a challenger but i wanted to keep my arm. he phoned back the next day and said it would take him two hours to set the dem up and he'd only make £200 and was cancelling. i don't know making £100 per hour isn't too bad. was actually thinking of asking to hear a hyperspace to see how much of a difference it would be (0% credit for 9 months is great) so he potentially missed out on a bit more.
