Hi mate, I personally think you are asking too much, but good luck with the sale, anyway.

i dont think it is considering that rb250 arms can fetch £100 on their own, plus fitted with a new rega bias2 cartridge

I just bought a Planar 2 with RB250 and Rega Bias cart (the weak link in my opinion), in mint condition for £62.10. I dont expect this deal to ever be repeated but from my surfing ebay and the hi-fi fora exploits, I think £120-130 tops to be a fairer price.

And if you can find me a buyer for my spare RB250 for £100 Ill rip their arm off.

I just know if I put mine on ebay, it will get £45 and the buyer will complain about something.

Do a fixed price listing, then you can decide how much you want or are willing to let it go for. If the price is right it will sell.
Best way to establish the approximate market value is to look at the completed listings, and other current fixed price listings, and base your price accordingly
    Hope that helps
