Follow your way through the links. Im not a user but Im VERY impressed to see the designer and CEO of slimdevices interacting with his customers on a public forum. I was going to go this route anyway but this has really encouraged me, fair play to that man.

 

Hi - I can't get to PFM at the moment, haven't been able to for the last hour. Do you know if there is a problem with the server or might it be something to do with DNS or something equally beyond me at this end? Any idea what the IP address is?

delete your cookies and try again, they shut the site for a few hours to upgrade to new software.

 

Thanks, but still no joy. Was working fine yesterday with no problems relating to the upgrade that I could detect. I can't even get to the static page, which AFAIK is seperate to the forum. All I get is an alert box stating "The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.pinkfishmedia.net", so as far as my PC/ISP is concerned PFM doesn't exist!! WTF do I need to do to sort this?
