Kermit, I'm sure Robbo would agree with you on that point. Mind you if I put them on I'd need to put on Analogue Kid and The Devil too :).

Ooops, almost forgotten about this. Will have to come to a decision quite soon I guess. I've been very impressed with BL21DE3's contributions and I'm sure they have taken a fair bit of time but unfortunately they are all of them far too big to be considered - I think I stipulated a max height of 100 pixels. If that seems harsh, consider that the logo appears on every page and is essentially "wasted" space below which comes the forum proper so a 200+ pixel height banner would start to get pretty annoying.

Whilst I'm sure that it would be possible to make the logo "active" with clickable links for the forums etc that would be way outside of the vBulletin template norms which is not something I really want to get into (not to mention that it would be very time consuming to setup).

michaelab, I understand that there was a 100 pixel limit. My designs were produced at 200 pixels to make it easier to see design details and for me to work on them. However they are more than capable of being scaled/adapted to the 100 pixel limit. Though a limit of 100 - 150 pixels would be preferable. Anyway I've had fun and developed some new techniques while playing around with the various designs so I'm not bothered if my designs don't win.

Sounds worth a try to me :)

Perhaps, rather than with all the tone and speakers controls, just have a volume, source, and possibly a Tape MOnitor.

Oh, and a nice big blue LED :D

Well since the competition has been extended I thought I'd tinker around with some minimalist designs, almost a reworking of the existing logo.

Osama, your problems might be because the image size exceeds the limit allowed for attachements. I use my own webspace to host my logo designs and then paste them in as image links to circumvent the limit.

Osama, not a clue what's happening there as the attachment limit is 39.1k. Have you got a website that you could upload the file to and then link to in your message? If you're still having difficulties PM me and I can host the file for you on my webspace.

Here's another quick logo I cobbled together because I thought the font looked cool :).

Variation on my last logo, now with added animation (or should that be irritation? :)).

Edit Now with the modification to the animation that Julian suggested.

rather than all going up and down at the same time could you make them 'undulate'?
    cheers

How the hell do you have time for all this? Assuming I had the imagination, just one of those designs would take me hours to do!
