first it worked then it didn't- no dial tone apparently. not on my lap top or on mrs Johnh's. freeserve tech support suggested pulling out all the wires and reinstalling the software , done i|I said. swop the filters around they said, done it I said. Ok we'll call you back they said, ok i said. No call but freeserve BB was suddenly up and running an hour later. anybody else?
