    Don't know whether I could handle a whole CD's worth (although I feel a purchase coming on :D ) but on Friday's offering of said show I was quite taken with Tinariwen from Mali.

    Some really grooving "desert blues". Well worth a listen !

    Tinariwen aren't bad, but there is better... (naturally, I would say that, as I am a ZG certified "music snob").

    I first heard Omou Sangare on one of his shows, she's from Mali too, well worth a listen IMHO.
