    Rare Tannoy ST- 25 Super Tweeters in pristine condition on Ebay now.

    They are designed to work with different manufactures speakers NOT just Tannoys ! They add air and space around the performance and extend the freq of the original tweeter also giving leading notes a better defined edge. THEY REALLY WORK and you dont need bat ears to hear the difference. They can also make the bass tighter and extend further !

    Is that two pairs of Tannoy supertweeters that you had, then? You recently got ST200s if I remember correctly.

    Yep.Just bought the ST200 to match the Tannoy Turberry SE I have now. They sound no different to the ST25 but the ST200's are in matching walnut and look the part. The ST25's look good on all other makes of speakers.

    Oh, I don't know, they are ugly spuds, but that kind of adds to their charm. Appearance wouldn't put me off. ...and I've got Tannoys (old school).

    Defo Ugly Bastards, but with a certain Tannoy Charm.

    I use ST25`s atop my GRF Memory`s and really like them
