in a seriousness, how much do you think it would cost to get from Edinburgh, to your location?

just i still fancy the marantz surround amp, and i have a friend that would be interested in the acoustic energy speakers, and i'd probably take the CD63 as well. So would be interested in favourable prices based on picking them up direct from ya :)

in fact i'd probably take the MS rears as well lol

    cheapest way to shetland

The cheapest way is by ferry from Aberdeen. There is a ferry each day and sails overnight, returning the next night. It is operated by Northlink Ferries - give it a "google" for prices etc. You could even make a holiday weekend out of the venture!

Hi. Connessieur TT arrived....I'm being blond but can't get it to spin. I can feel the motor humming and the little white pulley wheel also vibrates, but it won't spin. Is there some transit screw that needs to be released?
    Cheers, Neil.

Does it come in the original box?

Does it have the microphone with it?

    Is it black or silver?

can i arrange my own courier to collect? :)

    Many thanks!

This is a 6.1 AV receiver in good condition. I bought it new a few years ago as I was interested in multi channel sound and DVDs. It is silver in colour. Remote control in good condition too. I have all the original packaging and box. You are welcome to arrange your own courier. I could have it delivered to you by parcel force 48 for around £18.00. You are welcome to collect in person but I do live on the Shetland Islands.

Im not sure whats going on Neil. When the platter is on and the rubber band you have to switch the motor on by the little switch that Kicks the platter into action and i usually help the motor a little by spinning the platter a bit with my finger.

    Hope this helps

Will pay £30 + £15 P & P (Use Royal Mail Parcels - cheaper than Parcelforce 48) ie £45 total for the Marantz SR-4400, if not already sold. Immediate payment, if you have PayPal, otherwise cheque.
