I have two KRK Rokit G3s, and a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 2nd Gen - all brand new.

When I go to plug the USB for the interface into my laptop, I see sparks, even got an electric shock once. The only way this doesn't happen, is if the speakers have been off for about an hour, and there's no charge to carry. If I plug the USB in then, everything works fine.

Point is I’m worried something is faulty / not safe? Maybe the issue is even with my flat's electrics? But which one? Obviously the Rokits are producing the charge, but is the interface faulty for carrying it? It's all under warranty but I just don't know which device to replace?
