Halo 3 certainly looks pretty good, but I just can't play these 1st person shooters on a console control pad. Having said that the only one I ever got on with in any way was the original Halo on the Xbox - but the PC version was still much better (even though it was 2 years late!).

Mouse and keyboard is the only way to play - for an old git like me anyway

 

each to their own.. keyboards and mice together are just things I can't play 1st person shooters on.

Even when playing doom etc I use keyboard only..

I never got Halo, the first one just seemed to go backwards and forwards over the same small area. The flying machine was good though but other than that, pretty mediocre.

I found Half life 2 much better and Doom 3 fantastic, if not a little claustrophobic.

I look forward to a new Unreal Tournament.

 

MOst unexpectedly, I too recieved a psp this xmas.
I got the vice city pack, and also pro evo6. I've only played evo6 on it so far, but it's great. Quite impressed how much they've managed to cram into it. Great piece of kit IMO.
