    Hi all,

Thanks very much. I had round one of my celebrations yesterday. An enjoyable evening in the Devonshire cat boozer, followed by a curry. All with good company.

Off for the main bash today. Meeting a load of mates at around mid day for a surprise day out. All I know is to turn up at a pub, then I'll be carried off for a day of tomfoolery & high jinx.

It's not be bad being 40.

Have a great day Dean! :)

I'm guessing you don't usually DJ at your own b-day bashes?

Hope you had a good day, and that the tomfoolery & high jinx were good.
    All the best
Did anyone buy you any music?

    Hi All,

Had a very good day yesterday. Started off with drink in the oldest pub in Sheffield, The Old Queens Head. Then we all jumped on a train for a quick trip north. Had a very good pop quiz on the train. We ended up in Leeds for a afternoon bash at 'the Cockpit', which is next to the station. My mates knows the owner. A bit of a surprise. An afternoon of high jinx occured.

This was followed by the return trip back to Sheffield. Next was a quick few drinks in the Rutland pub, then off to the Heavygate for the next quiz and tomfoolery. It was enjoyable to have a day in the company of good friends.

I had a few cds. One was a cd a mate did with many good grooves on it. Another was a cd that featured songs from the year I was born. Intetresting stuff.

    BTW I won both quizes.
