    Had a strange birthday really.... sold my car! Then went to the pub... then sorting stuff out so I can move out of the parents house at the weekend.

    I gave up saying I wouldnt buy any hifi a long time ago... and it so happens, that although the Rotel and Ela's are gone, hello ANT Amber and tomorrow it'll be hello HD650 :D

    Some things never change eh?

    So are you moving out of you parents house then? That must be a big step but I suppose you have to do it.

    Happy birthday anyway, it will be interesting to see how you like the 650's compared with the DT531s.

    I shall look forward to reading your opinions, you being our resident expert on headphones.

    hehe well done, I was supposed to be moving out in September but its fallen through as my mate has realised he cannot afford it (he only earns £11k).

    I am going to try and wait a few years save up a bit of money then buy a very small flat, even then I would have to borrow 5 x my salery for a mortage but hopefully house prices would have fallen by then.

    It would be too much getting used to working life and moving out at the same time, I might have to do that though if I can't get a job localy.

    At the moment nothing....

    But I am looking at a number of cars (all much cheaper though to replace it)...

    thinking of 205 GTI (possibly with Mi16 conversion), 106 GTI, Saxo VTS, Xsara VTS, Cavalier or Calibra Turbo... something pretty mad as a weekend car, but nothing too expensive, unless anyone else has any other suggestions they can add? :)
