It appears Russ Andrews is giving away complimentary tickets for the Hifi News show with his latest catalogue. All you need to do is call and ask them to send a catalogue. I got one the next day with 2 tickets.

Just got the airtickets. I will be there Fri-Sat-Sun.

 

Perhaps we should fix some times and places to meet on each day. The bar is always a good idea :guiness:

 

Good idea. Is there much difference between saturday and sunday in terms of crowds etc? What's the best day to go?

My priorities go in another direction...

 

I'll try and meet people on the saturday ....I'll be attending with Mr Sukebe.

 

Sunday usually has better sound. Crowds are about the same.

Elberoth, do you know Friday is a 'trade only' day? Only people 'in the biz' can go. (but you can sneek in sometimes lol!).

I will be down on Sunday. I have a free ticket for one of the shows but will be popping into both.

Well Simon, all we going to say at this point we will be happy to compete with any system at the show at any price. You'll find out on the day exactly what all the fuss is about.
Imagine having the scale and classical reproductive qualites of Titains plus the the ability to rock and roll without the ear bleeding qualities that some many have. Oh and transparancy & detail not yet before available.
Bold statement I realise, however we can and will back it up even in a hotel room

Simon, this year I have been aleady running around enough for Hifi and related things without counting the concerts. At the beginning of December I'll be in London for 3-4 concerts so maybe we can meet then.
What's more exciting than a Hi-Fi show? maybe great concerts?

I'll be certainly there for the next show. Hopefully you will then be able to present even a better system than this year, so I'll have another year to enjoy my hifi without knowing that there is something much better.

I'm not sure I can make it this year, but if I do I'm more likely to go to the HiFi News show, if only to say hello to a couple of friends. Hopefully see you guys there.
