The speakers are fully working (sound wonderfull) and will be sent out with accessories in their original boxes. We suspect the top surfaces have been 'polished' with a gritty cloth as there are a number of very fine scratches which it has not been possible to polish out. However, we haven't gone as far as T-Cut so the buyer may either live with the finish as it is or attempt a 'repair' at their own risk. Due to the high gloss finish it would be very difficult to show this on a photograph.
