Help! I need someone! CD won’t eject with my Audiolab 6000cdt

    Greetings, my fears have been realized, a burned CD won’t eject with my Audiolab 6000cdt (slot loading) I have tried most remedies: power off, unplug, power on with eject button simultaneously...I’ve contacted AG (Audiolab’s boss) without a reply so far. Any help would be more than great, I thank you in advance for your help.
