Help with Tap needed

I have a request. I have an old style tap on my bath and the ceramic lever has broken. A trip down my local bathroom showroom was non productive as they said I need to know the make and model of the tap for them to order a replacement.

So, I just thought maybe I might be lucky and someone on here might have an idea as the tap itself isn't marked.

ps - I should add that the shower head/handle and hose are not original to the tap.

 

It might be worth trying to find a forum for plumbing or showing that picture to your local plumbing merchants depending on how helpful they are. I find with those places they either bend over backwards to help you or they treat you like dirt.
