Here it goes again

Obviously my primary concern is dad's health.
But, i dont want to loose my home, \I cant affor to buy a house these days. I hope it doesnt sound calous, but i am trying to be realistic aswell.

 

Andy, perhaps you should seek legal advice, as this is your home there must be some contigency in place so that they can't sell from under you, I can't imagine that you are unique in this respect and a precedent may already have been set.

I think you are right about there being a precedent, im sure i read about it a while ago. Trying to find out.
We have legal advisors at work, so ill chat with them next week.

I'm realy hoping that some more care/treatment will get dad to the point he can return home. Just up in the air at the moment.
