I have been eating fruit for the breakfast for the last couple of days now. I have breakfast about 7:15am and I am only just about hungry at about 12:30. Before when I was eating mostly junk I am sure I got hungery more easily.


I have never been a big eater though, in McDonalds for example two hamburgers would fill me up where my mates were having a large bigcrap and a load of fries.
