How credible is EISA and its awards?

    I don't know but the awards they give out for digital cameras are reasonably "correct". Put it like this, I've not seen any digital camera get an EISA award where I thought, "WTF? I wonder how much they paid for that!" ;)

    I believe not less credible than any other award.
    It's all depending from which point of view you're looking from.

    EISA awards must be fairly respectable because lots of hi-fi mags across Europe must reach the same or similar conclusions - and they must each derive their advertising revenue from different sources.

    Some mag's annual awards like HFC's, seems to be more wide ranging covering different price points. EISA's seems to be quite limited.

    But I guess these awards don't mean much to some. Some people will simply buy what they like regardless of awards.
