    Billionaires Mo?

    TBH I'd take a lottery winner. :D

I like the way we live within our means, the only frustrating thing is competing with clubs like Cardiff and Wolves for our targets.

In the same article that Arsene Wenger says that 107m is bad for football it then says he'll be upping his 14m offer for Arshavin, ha ha ha ha.

I agree. This fee is relatively meaningless to all the other clubs. It isn't going to mean that Hull now get quoted 40 million to take a player on or that Heskey goes for 35. It might however make Ashley Cole feel that his 80 odd thousand a week is again 'taking the piss' and he'll want 250,000.

I'll wager that if Kaka signs he will refer to the good he can do for people due to his huge wage and that 'God told me' to move or something similar. Nothing cynical about that mind you he gives a substantial portion of his wages to charity and the church.

Besides it'll maybe hurt Ronaldo's humongous ego to know that he isn't going to be the priciest player out there if and when he goes to Real.

£10 scratch card for starters? :D

Strachan was talking the other week saying how we're financially sound. Not a lot of clubs either side of the border can actually say that. Heard recently Rangers NEED to sell, not just before they buy, but just to cover operating costs.

I think Kaka will be brilliant for the British economy. Paid directly from a Sheik's wallet with foreign money and then a massive tax bill to help fund schools and hospitals.

I imagine Kaka is very keen to leave Italy. If I'm not mistaken, cacca means poo in Italian - the terrace chants must just be toooo easy:D

Hard to avoid laughing at that. I'd be gutted if I were a Rangers fan. 3.7m for Kris Boyd? I'll bet they're steaming that he won't accept it. Cardiff had a 2.5m bid rejected in June.

Not surprisingly some rumors got turned into 'news' on the BBC site yesterday when it emerged that Lazio are also 'interested in Boyd', ha ha ha ha ha ha, Maybe they need someone to fry their Pizza and demonstrate the superiority of Buckie to the more traditional Chianti.

That's as good as the 'We'll sign Ronaldo' rubbish,

Football journalist, laziest job ever, think of ridiculous story, print it, get paid.

    Off topic, sorry.

I really wish I was good at football instead of computers when I was at school :(. I hope this deal dosn't go ahead, the last thing Manchester's roads need is another idiot in a Veyron doing 200mph in a 20 zone.

when I think of all the suffering ending up owing one twentieth of his weekly wage has put me in for the next few years through various downturns in fortune it kinda puts it into perspective!

God I hate footballers, and pity the sheep prepared to pay for all this nonsense.

Kaka's agent claiming Kaka said no.
AC Milan's top dog saying he's refused to sell him.
Man City saying they'd pulled the plug.

    Who knows.

Shame he's not coming over, but nice to see you can't buy everything!

Saying that, I wonder if he's have stayed if it was say Man UTD offering that package?
