    There's just been another one too.
    Trouble is every time these feral 'scumbags' get caught and are prosecuted they have a long line of social workers etc who step in to stop these poor victimised ,maladjusted and disfunctional darlings going to jail-the scum know this and are all too aware that a) they first have to be caught and successfully prosecuted and b)this process has to happen about 10 times before they finally get taken off the streets.
    Zero deterent. That's why things are so f**ked up here in the UK. IMHO obviously.
