i need some flexible cable

    I have QED SA bi-wire,but i have to move the kit and need some cable that can run along the skirting and around a few obstacles,the QED is just too hard

    whats the best,er,"softer" cable i can get,under £15 p/mtr

    Chord Rumour 2 (esp if you strip the outer silicone rubber sleeving off)

    Also, there's a DIY alternative to rumour 2. You can buy similar silver-plated copper wire with PTFE insulation from farnell for around 80p/m. You'll need two runs per speaker (or four for biwire), but that still works out cheaper. You have to buy it in 25m reels (which makes 12.5m cable inc return). I have been experimenting with it in a biwire config in place of my usual Tara RSC. The mid and treble are very sweet and detailed (surprisingly so), but the bass is not as quick as I'd like, but this is partially due to the room (but the Tara is quicker... Omiga Outlander was the quickest, unsurprisingly).
