Ifi Zen Blue bluetooth not working

Hi, I have the above connected to a laptop wireless ly, but although two blue lights are on the front panel it fails to recognise laptop, when it worked it announced it was connected when laptop was first turned on, and again when turned off, when turned off now it just flashed blue and red.
Other bluetooth devices ate working, as are the speakers connected to the DAC.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Paul.

I think this can remember a certain number of devices maybe so the device reset or factory reset and try again. I think it might have a firmware update as well you could try.
