    Well, cellos seem to have a hard life - look what DuPre did with hers in Hilary and Jackie...

    Cellos rule though - if I had as much talent as I have gob, I'd like to learn to play one.

    Failing that, my ambition is to go out with a Grade5+ pianist or a cello player...

    No, I think it could happen anywhere, classical music being a minority taste, knowledge of instruments even more so. The guy must have been inceredibly relieved though. What was he thinking, leaving it on his porch in the first place?
