David, yes you are in the wrong for forgetting... but isn't V day on the 14th? After you have apologised deeply and expressed your love from the bottom of your heart, explained that you forgot but it doesn't mean you don't love her, taken her out to dinner... and if she is still angry A WEEK LATER and making a fuss about it then she must be playing silly games IMO! Even if it is not conscious, people just learn how to act to get what they want.

But that is just my opinion and I have been in some messed up relationships and love triangles! AT do what you think is right!

I'm just saying you've got a fair bit of making up to do...sounds as though we are in agreement there.

True enough, a week later things should have resolved themselves.

3 days ago was my 33rd wedding anniversary.

 

nice one...I've been living with my lady since end of july last year...

 

I think the moral of the story is worry less about camshafts and worry more about the other halves feeling. She wants to meet me later for a talk

In case anyone's interested, I hate Valentines day on principle. I don't see why I should treat my wife when some other so & so decides. It's just commercialism IMO.

I did also forget her birthday and christmas Although I did get her an expensive christmas present The just forgot the card bit
