    Hi,

I know I've asked breifly before (remind me).....any recommendations for commercial vehical ins?

I really need to ditch my current broker.

Tried to charge me £600......42yr old....full ncb...

When I mentioned my displeasure.......it miraculously became £500 10 mins later!

Still makes grass cutting an expensive business!

    any suggestions please?

    cheers! :)

Most regular insurance companies don't do commercial vehicles, so ringing up all those would probably be a waste of time and money!

I used Commercial Vehicle Direct, my Nissan D21 pickup cost me £237 pa for third party f&t.

    Their number: 0870 7518121

Nope, I always keep my fingers crossed that I'll never have to make a claim as I imagine most insurance companies are a nightmare once the sht has hit the fan. I'm just paying for the certificate of insurance rather than any slick service if I do make a booboo.

To be honest I haven't needed to do anything apart from take the insurance out, and then cancel it at renewal time when I no longer needed it (sold my pickup). They did those bits fine though, and did send my proof of no claims discount through as promised. I never needed to make a claim or whatever.....so can't say anything more than that!
