    Meridian G98DH transport only you need a dac to use this but has HDMI output for dvd use this is 2nd best Meridian make upscales to 480P 576P 720P 1080i & 1080P uses renouned Faroudja chips which also process any input video sources to high standards.

    Has 1 component,1 HDMI,1 digital aux & 3 Main MHR digital out's,3 composite input 1 out & 3 S video in 1 out,2 Meridian comms link & finally a computer SVGA for updates.

    All boxed mint with MSR+ paerwork etc can be seen working meet halfway SE Kent London area ?? or courier nextday del.

    Im only thinking of selling not a definate as Im after a dedicated 2 ch machine & blueray player so cant have it all.

    Iv compared this to blueray with dvd's it's a close call what it does to upscale in picture quality,let alone audio on cd's breathtaking.

    i should note that ive heard and used one of these extensively, and its a superb bit of kit. Its upscaling is truly exceptional and does run hi-def remarkably close considering. Its also a seriously top notch CD transport. Clearly bettering the cyrus CDXT as a transport.

    As Im still using it & wont be getting a replacement till it's gone so may still be around in a few months ? did advertise it last year but no takers bloody credit crunch :confused:

    well like i say, i may still be interested in this, one i know what the repair on my accuphase will cost me. I do need a better DVD player, and a top flight CD transport, and this beast will do both just fine

    I see this is up on eBay now!

    Considering a bid but was wondering if the <Component Input> can take a HD component signal (from my xbox 360)? I searched all over the net and all I can find is a sub note that says "non-interlaced component input bypasses the processor" whatever that means!
