Interest Check: Royd Doublet speakers

    I'm looking to move to better speakers (probably LV Avatar OBX-R2s, funds permitting) and so I will be moving the Royds on. They're actually very good speakers, with a big, dynamic sound and quite a lot of bass for a relatively small floorstander. Certainly, in their day they were among the best speakers at the £1000-ish mark, and this pair are in good order - not mint, however! - and I'd sell them, including the Royd bases and Mana 'evil' spikes, for somewhere in the £250 mark. I'd be interested in seeing if anyone would be interested in them (which could then speed my change-of-speakers on a bit).
