....to resend a pm to a [once previously] full pm inbox ?

I sent (a rather long) pm yesterday but was told the recipients inbox was full. That's sorted now but I can't seem to find the sent message to resend ?
It's as if it has been received when in actual fact it's been bounced.

    Where'd it go  ?

That's happened to me before on PFM and it's very annoying. AFAIK if that happens your PM is history and is lost in the ether :(

If you hit "back" on your browser it may still be there or otherwise it's worth copying the whole text first before attempting a send.

I'll see if there's mention of this issue on the vBulletin forums.

    Michael.

By default the message should still be in your sent items folder, I can't remember whether you can re-send it from here (my folders are empty both here and on pfm so I can't check), but if not you can certainly copy and paste the message into a new one and send that. To get to the 'sent items' folder use the 'jump to folder' drop down menu within Private Messages.

Afraid not, Tony. The system seems to only save the mail when it has been successfully sent .
