Ive lost my balanced ICs :(

Ive just given a home to a new cd player - the classe cdp-100.

As its balanced (as is my amp) I thought I would dig out an old kimber select 1120 IC.

Lo and behold, can I find it? Can I fcuk.

So....I want to buy a balanced interconnect, pref .75m or longer (heck, I'd go .5m if a good enough cable was available).

Does anyone have any cables they want to sell me? I dont want to buy brand new and I cant be arsed with DIY.

Im also looking for some spkr cable too, but they have to be 4m, 2-2 and have a smallish diamater (no fat pipes please)

Well, I'll shortly be upgrading my cables. I've a 0.5m Kimber KCAG XLR and also a 4m stereo pair of Chord Odyssey 2 banana terminated 2>2. Let me know if you're interested, but you couldn't have then until my new cables arrive

 

I had another one spare.

Its either in the attic or its been lost at a demo or during a house move:S

Its right ****ed me off.

The Classe CDP-100 is a very good cdp btw - you know when you have one of those moments when it all clicks - putting the classe in the system was one of those

Anyone have an old and battered micromega stage 3,4 or 5? I may have another stab at repairing my old cdplayer for the office system.

I can sell you a 5m XLR for £10 inc. postage if you like. Its a really nice cable - fabric covered, copper braided shield, high purity copper cores etc.. It has a slightly warm sound.

I bought a lot of them for my microphones and I was using them between my pre-amp and active speakers but changed those to another cable now.

Perhaps 5m is a little excessive though?

I also have a ton of 5m balanced jack leads if anyone is interested? I had them for all inputs and outputs on my mixer until I moved my studio to a compact digital desk.
