just passed my black belt..

    .. this afternoon in a four hour karate grading :D :D . My 11 year old son also did it (which didn't help my stress levels), and passed - father and son is a first for the association. Thank God that's over!!

    Very well done. I know what an achievement that is as my nephew has just passed his black belt in Tai Kwando and I've taken the odd Aikido grading myself.

    When's your 2nd Dan grading? :eek:
