Ok for the money, but nothing spectacular by any means, quite small scale.

OK, thanks, I did a bit of reading on them, and they seem to concur with what you say... and as such, I don't think they're for me.

Among small cheap standmounts, the Mission 731i is way better than the small KEFs or B&Ws and should be available now for well less than £50 (£160 RRP, £130 Richers). An alternative would be MS 25i Pearls. Those little JPW standmounts are very good too - the ML310 I think.

I second the MS 25i. I had a pair of the non pearls on the end of a Cyrus 3 amp and the music was very enjoyable! They do like a good amp.

I'm sure theres some MS25i's on fleabay at the mo....

What about the Baby MA Bronze B2's, are those any good? Been offered some of those, and on the whole positive reviews...

I got my eye on that Kenwood KAF-3030 on fleabay since my Rotel fell through.

If the Gold 10's are anything to go by, they will sound very fine. I didn't think much of the Silver 6's but I think that was the 3 way driver integration. The bass was really disconnected.

My parents have the JPW 310's, they are cheap good quality speakers but they do lack a bit of bass, they best suited for smaller rooms.
