Has anyone seen or tested any of the cables made by KoolKables?

    http://www.koolkables.com/

Just wondered whether their cables are as good as the big boys.
(I'm looking for replacing my RCA-RCA cables)

Seen one thread, but the guy just got shouted at for advertising. Just wondered whether these cables were worth a look or not.

    Thanks
    Simon

I'm not sure. I notice there is a money back guarantee but there is always the danger that Koolkables is merely a 'front' organisation for CIA mind control experiments.

There really ought to be a spelling and punctuation test for websites before they go public.

They also sell the same cables, without the Cryongenic treatment and cheaper.......

    www.brothers.nildram.co.uk

I have purchased a number of items from the latter and have no issues with either the cables (interconnect and mains) or the service.

I recently bought one of the Insight cables (cryogenic and with the silver bullet plugs) from them.

I'm currently using it between my Dino+ and Linn Majik and have been quite impressed with it - especially considering how much it cost. I did find that the sound changed quite a lot over the first couple of days but now that it has settled down I find it very good. Considering getting another one for the cd.

The only problem I have is that the cable is quite stiff and I found it difficult connecting it with the relatively small space between the hifi and the wall.

I don't really care what people name their products or company. Not into labels myself.

I'd rather my hard earned money went on product development and raw materials, rather than a trendy name and good advertising campaign.
