Thought it might be worth a go in case any of you guys are legally minded.

I have recently split with my business partner, alledgedly amicably. During the haitus between me leaving and resigning as a director, my former partner has been intercepting emails addressed to me at the company and opening mail arriving at the office, preventing me from receiving both.

I was a minority shareholder and was given no indication of this at the time, in fact quite the contrary.

Question is, can I do anything?

Im no expert, but I believe there are laws that would cover opening of personal mail.

    Have you tried CAB yet?

Trouble is, it's not personal, just addressed to me at the office.

If it is business correspondence & you are no longer with the organisation, then you can't do anything about this, it is completely legal for your old business partner to be opening your mail.
