Yup went well, just got back myself. It will be nice to do it again and hopefully next time with a couple more of you turning up. :beer:

 

As well as meeting like-minded forumites and putting faces to avatars, you always come away from these meet-ups having learned a worthwhile thing or two. So well worth the effort, IMO.

Thanks for the advice Simon regarding speaker placement. Will give it a go sticking the Tannoys DMT 15s along a side wall (in my rather irregular 8.3 x 2.7m listening space.) :MILD:

And T good stuff about sorting out earthing problems!

True, I'm out of town, but that meeting is for the London and surrounding area ZG (and other Audio casualty) Members, of which I am but one. I'm sure everyone will benefit from hanging out together, once a month....

Yes, Rob, not many as yet.

Perhaps folks don't realise what a decent venue this to meet, great beer, right next to the Golden Hinde ship and a lot of females around to spice things up . You always get to learn valuable stuff at these meet-ups IMHO. Only 5 mins walk from London Bridge.

 

I might have joined you guys but am a bit ill at the moment and trying to recover for the weekend. Have fun though!

 

Just exchanged PMs with Baudrillard and we are both skipping the meeting this month. Hopefully a few more can attend in October.
