It looks a little like an old Russian Kiev 4AN camera and maybe trying to do a mirror image but just forgot the amp ?

To try to reduce scammers would it be an reasonable suggestion for All sellers with zero or low feedback to pay eBay a registration/retainer fee ?

I'd be surprised if that gets any bids at all - you have a very expensive item for sale from Indonesia, a seller who has no feedback at all, and will only accept a bank transfer as payment (zero customer protection if you pay this way).

Now it may indeed be genuine, but it would be one hell of a risk with a serious lump of cash. IMHO the only sane way to spend that kind of money internationally on eBay would be some kind of escrow service (in the UK I would consider the cost of a drive, train or flight to collect a small price to pay for assurance!).

Of course if some punter has a go and gets ripped off, it'll be another 'the internet is crap' stories from the media.....

Plus it's listed in the "Coins > Bullion/ Bars > Silver Bullion" category. Possibly the seller thinks only people with the cash to buy silver bullion may be considering one of these .
