Blimey I hope you reported it. There is no excuse for petty theft like that. My das had problems with his car (though never stolen wheels) with things like stolen windscreen wipers, my dads window has been smashed a few times too although never outside our house.

I feel for you, hopefully you can claim on the insurance, them alloys will cost a bit.

Apparently they didn't damage the car much, they left two jacks in place plus an old tyre...

I do have insurance, but I guess they will only pay for the original alloy wheels...

So it's not just the wee bastar*ds from Blighty that are at this.

Personally I would bring back flogging/birching, and no, I'm not joking.............

    Bummer.

Make 'em run a hi-fi company. That would teach the bastar*ds.

First the police told us it should be someone's order, my wheels that is, but later one neigbour said his car was raided too, whatever was inside, baby seats and all...

I have a couple of not so nice ideas where to stick the jacks they left behind, if only I could lay my hands on those assholes... :chainsaw:

I am ordering MilleMiglia Ravia or Emotion, as BBS seems to be on hollyday, hope I can convince the insurance guys to pay for them, as they cost the same as the original alloys...

Christ - you can't get away from thieving low life scum anywhere - it would appear.

Gas them - or even better flay them with barbed wire - birch/flogging is too good. Even better - go Arab style - if you can prove (DNA/finger print etc) who did it - chop the thieving c**t's arm off - they can't steal if they can't grab.

If this happened in Britain the bloody crim would get legal aid to sue you for not coming out and taking the tires off yourself and handing them to him/her... Bloody justice - what justice.

Hope the insurance (another, legal, daylight robbery!) pays out for tires AND wheels - I mean, what gets nicked is what should be replaced....

    My sympathies.

Freudian slip - or not :yikes:

Very sorry to read about your loss. I'll bet you spend the next few months checking cars for your wheels. B'stards B'stards B'stards!

Grrrrrrr! I'm an animal, baby! Bring it on (preferrably cutesy bunnies and fluffy things so I can destroy things of beauty!)

I got new wheels, not as nice as the BBS, but they will do, 17/8", 225/45 Bridgestones. Apparently there is no damage to the Beetle... :MILD:
