Don't know whats occured here but my thread and some of my PMs have gone!
Thread was about my Cambridge 840A and Jamo Concert 11s.
Anyway I bought the Jamos and am very pleased.
If the chap who PMd me about the Missions could get in touch i'd be grateful. As I said, some of my recent PMs are no longer there. I didn't keep his details but he was from Suffolk and worked in NHS. How's that for a starter for 10?

Thanks Rob, it's a PSU for Squeezy. I believe Zanash made it although I bought it from someone else (can't remember who).
Not sure it made any difference sound wise but I didn't go much on the standard wallwart, semed to get a wee bit warm!
I know the Jamos are a bit close to rear wall but i've no choice there. They are front firing so not the end of the world.
BTW I was unsure about the Sapele veneer on the Jamos before I saw them in the flesh, and had thoughts about getting them sprayed Piano black. I scrapped that idea though when I saw them, lovely finish to match their sound, IMO of course.

I have to say those speakers are bigger than I thought from pictures! I bet they sound good though; you might notice the AudioSmile Kensai uses a smaller version of that grey colour driver.

A chap called James over on the PFM forum built some speaker in Sapele and I think used danish oil. The looked really lovely on his pictures.

If you upload a layout of your room inc. bookcases, tables chairs etc.. I might find the time to run a speaker position simulation for you.

Thanks Simon, i'll do that over the weekend. Yes I did notice the Kensai uses a similar driver. That copper coloured phase plug is a piece of hifi eye candy!
The pics of the Kensai and tweeters on your site are great, did you take them?

Tommy, I think if you could add some dimension measurements that would be enough for a basic simulation.
