Gave up on ART Stiletto 6 - when compared to LSA 2 and Lumley Lampros 200, the latter are in a different league

So finally went for the Lumley - detailed, good soundstage and tweakable - still does this to maximise soudstage

Happy with set-up now - have to spend time with my family now

Tough choice between the Lumleys and LSA 2:

LSA 2 had a warmer sound but was not so detailed - there was a slight feeling that the music had a veil over it - but still a very good sound and one that I would be happy to have

Lumleys had plenty more detail - separation of the musical instruments. Not as warm but not harsh either.

    Plenty of bass in both.

Also just goes to show that its much better to audition with your own kit. When I tried the LSA 2s with the DK amp they sounded a bit sharp to me

The ART Stiletto 6 in comparison to both of these seemed to have a mudied midrange. I think they just don't partner well with the Pathos TT amp. They sounded pretty good to me with my Cyrus amp though.

I have brought the Lumley's home and so far it looks like I'll stick with them although I've given myself a week of listening to be sure they are for me

Don't let me twist your arm. Just do it if/when you feel like it.
