Lumley monoblocs - M150

    Reputation for fireworks around these parts.

    But decent sounding when working.

    Not sure Raymond Lumley is the same as Lumley Reference, though the chassis looks the same as my LM120 monoblocks apart from they didn't have the front panel with meter..
    The LM120s sounded and looked brilliant, though they had to be serviced every couple of years - but never blew a valve.
    If they're the same as the LM120s they have 2 sets of speaker terminals, one gold plated and the other rhodium.
    And I also think it's a good idea to use the 4 ohm tap - the 8 ohm one was probably the cause of all my "servicing"!
