What do want different? What can you spend? What sort of music do you like? What's the rest of your system? Have you thought about valves or would you rather have solid state? brand new or second hand?

thanks amazingtrade might give that ago unless anybody wants to buy my cable or trade it for some other speaker wire they have spare. Its LFD cable, 2x2m with banana plugs bi-wire, just a thought. Whats stick screw mean? sorry

The thing that i want different is that I want to be able to bi-wire my amp using banana plugs, I like dance music, I have got Marantz cd63-MKII KI cd player with Acoustic Energy Aespirits 309s

I think most modern amps will be same now becuase of this stupid EU law. I am sure if you cannot work out how to get the banana plugs in a freindly HIFI shop might be willing to drill through or them or splice the lilttle plugs which is stopping you from sticking your banana plugs in with a knife.

These little plastic plugs are easy to remove, get a stanley knife, and hold at right angle to plug entrance, use blade to catch the little lip on the plastic plugs and gently pull out.
