    Dear guys,

Long time not posting any thread. By the way I just upgraded my cd player (Philips 951) to SACD player (Marantz SA11 S1). :JOEL:

    "Woow" that's I can said :D

But I found this SACD player very sensitive with some of my SACD colloection, anyone experince the same as me ?

Okay, the SACD palyer will skip while the sector of the SACD disk cannot read through and more problem is the time track will stop running until next track or I skip to next track or repeat the track.

Any idea it's just normal for all SACD player or else ?
But I don't have any problem with CD layer.

    Cheer.
    Thank you for who reply

Send it back and get a full refund and an apology. That's the least they can do.

Hi Han25 Marantz cd players normally very reliable .The Sa 11 should not be doing what you have said . I had one for awhile and only thing it did not do was play the high speed sacd discs silently ,very noisy mechanism . As i sit beside my system i could not live with the noise . Marantz Sa7 is much better ,nearly quite.

I agree with the other posters if its faulty out of the box you should send it back and get a refund or a replacement machine . Why should you have to try and fix it yourself. Put it back together and get your money back. Assuming you can do that?

    Regards D Louth.
